Smart mailbox

Your receipts already know what you pay for

ReScribe gives you a mailbox at an address you pick yourself. Everything sent there comes back as a short message you can read at a glance. The subscriptions inside add themselves — amount, service and billing date already filled in.

Connecting Gmail directly is coming. For now the mailbox is an address of your own, and you forward to it.

How it works

Four steps, and only the first one needs you.

  1. 1

    Get your address

You pick your own address on @rsmail.ai, and it starts catching receipts right away.

  2. 2

    Send receipts there

Forward them once, or set your provider to auto-forward receipts and renewal notices.

  3. 3

    We read the letter

The service, amount, currency and billing cycle are pulled out of the message.

  4. 4

    The subscription appears

It lands in your list with the next payment date, ready for a reminder.

What it does with a message

What a letter turns into once it lands.

  • Every letter arrives as a chat message

One readable line instead of the whole email, with the dates and prices picked out — written in the language the letter came in.

  • Recognises the mail that matters

Store receipts, renewal notices, provider invoices and payment confirmations. Anything with a service, an amount and a date.

  • A declined payment is recognised too

When a recurring charge fails, the letter is read for what it is — so you hear it from your own list, not from the service cutting you off.

  • Sign-in codes, ready to copy

A one-time code in a message is pulled out and shown on top of it, so you never open the letter to read six digits.

  • All files from one sender

Open a sender and see every attachment it ever sent — invoices and receipts in one place, without digging through mail.

Privacy

What we read, and what we don’t

You are handing us email. Here is exactly how far that goes.

Only the address you chose

The mailbox is separate. We never connect to your personal inbox and never ask for its password.

What is pulled out of a letter

The service, amount, currency and dates, the short line you read in the list, and a sign-in code when the letter has one.

Nothing goes to advertising or a profile

Every message sent to the address is analysed to write that line and find the payment details. That is the only thing it is used for.

No keeping it forever

You can delete any message, and turning the mailbox off removes the address with it.

Where it earns its keep

App Store and Google Play

Store receipts arrive as email and rarely show up in bank statements in a readable form. The mailbox catches them.

Annual renewals

A domain or an insurance policy that renews once a year is exactly what people forget. The renewal notice becomes a reminder.

Payments not on your card

Family plans, invoices, transfers — anything a bank connection cannot see, but a receipt can.

Questions about the mailbox

Where do I get the address?

You choose it yourself when you turn the mailbox on — any free name on @rsmail.ai. It is yours alone.

Can you read my personal email?

No. The mailbox is a separate address that only receives what you send to it. We never connect to your existing inbox.

Which senders are recognised?

Common receipt and renewal formats from major services are recognised, and the list keeps growing. Anything unrecognised can still be added manually or through the AI.

Can receipts be forwarded automatically?

Yes. Most email providers let you create a rule that forwards receipts to another address, so you set it up once and forget it.

What if I want to stop?

Turn the mailbox off and the address stops working. Messages can be deleted at any time.

Turn the mailbox on and forward one receipt

That is enough to see whether it works for the services you actually pay for.
